More super news on Hector. He started his junior career at Bath Championship Show, where he not only won the class, but took the reserve dog CC. Certainly a day to remember, as it is unusual for such a young dog to take such high awards. Absolutely thrilled with his progress and he is certainly gathering a fan club. I have now swapped him over onto CP24 to continue his maturing.
Best Puppy in Breed
I’m thrilled to tell you that Hector, ‘Hernwood Achilles at Ettrick’ ended his puppy career at Birmingham National Show by not only going Best Puppy in Breed, but also gaining Puppy Group 4 which I was absolutely thrilled at.
Hector is now unbeaten in puppy at all the Championship shows he has attended and has finished with 6 Best Puppy in Breeds including 2 breed shows and Crufts. This makes him Top Gordon Setter Puppy in the country at the moment.
He has had an amazing start to his show career and of course exclusively fed on CSJ.
