‘A Way with Dogs’ Series 2 will be held at the Old Trials Field in Bodfari and Bwlch Isaf Farm

The Old Trials field at Bodfari has been host to sheepdog trials for over thirty years. Now it will be host to the new filmed YouTube Series 2 of ‘A Way with Dogs’. The qualifying trial will take place on Saturday 22nd September. You can see the field here at the Bodfari Sheepdog Trial with Ceri Rundle and Moel Dan.

Bwlch Isaf farm is the home of Ceri Rundle and her late father H.Glyn Jones. This will be the location of the Double Gather Semi-Final to be held on Sunday 23rd September.

Sergio Perello“So happy and grateful at the same time to form part of this. I take it as an amazing opportunity to keep learning. Is going to be the best handling clinic that I have been on my life… thanks Ceri Rundle for the invitation. It will be fun and definitely a top challenge that I can’t wait to do. Don’t miss it!” Sergio Perello

The handlers will stay at beautiful Pentre Mawr Country House, set in 200 hundred acres of spectacular parkland, woods and meadows.

The trials will be filmed to make 8 online programmes on CSJ Specialist Canine Feeds YouTube channel. This brand new series will include 5 qualifying trials with 15 runs, 2 double gather Semi-Finals with 6 runs and a Final with 3 runs. We will also hold in-depth interviews with the handlers, where viewers will gain a chance to get to know both the handler and the dog in order to build up the suspense.

We feel incredibly lucky to bring together our extremely talented and popular presenter and commentator team of Bryony Billson and Mike Northwood, who you can see here in the first series of One Man and his Dog: https://youtu.be/QWAtcfXSyoE

Former international judges, Andy Jackman and Sue Main will be ‘in the hot seats’, individually assessing each run. The points will be combined to find this year’s ‘A Way with Dogs’ Champion.
